Wir haben unlängst in Seashells Resort, Cable Beach, in einem 1 Schlafzimmer King Apartment für 4 Nächte geblieben. Dieses Resort befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Es ist zu Fuß entfernt von Cable Beach. Es gibt einen Busstopp direkt außerhalb des Resorts, um den Bus in die Stadt Broome zu fangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage und einen Deckenfans, wie das Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster & Kettle, es hat auch eine Küche mit Heizungsplatten und Mikrowelle. Es gibt einen vollen Kühlschrank. Ein komfortables Essenstisch & Lounges, um das TV zu sehen. Außerhalb hat ein Außeneinstellung & ein Deckfans. Es gibt Outdoor-Communal BBQs mit Outdoor-Einstellungen, um Ihren BBQ zu genießen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön mit vielen Pool-Lounges. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, ist Parkplatz verfügbar. Die einzige Nebenseite ist die Dusche im Bad, aber das hat nicht von unserem Aufenthalt abgezogen. Wir würden sicher zurück in dieses Resort.

Some good and bad features about the resort. Disappointing was that the management hasn't taken note of other reviews pointing out the bad state of the bathrooms. Our bathroom had limescale on the glass and the backing of the mirror was deteriorating and there was rotting skirting board. As mentioned by others the towers were only adequate and didn't have any fluff. The pool was lovely but cold and difficult to get into. We enjoyed the grounds we could see native animals in the evening. The staff were patchy only had to talk to 2 staff members one was lovely and the other very rude. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach so not an ideal position

Booked it as it was advertised on Qantas Hotels and assumed that meant it had food services and was a hotel as I did not have a car, was on my own and knew Broome was not a place to wander around after dark with lots of restaurants. Arrived early, was told the room would be ready at 12 ish. Was headed to the races. Room was not ready (although others that arrived with me were accommodated). Got ready in a steaming toilet with no air con. No food or mini bar snacks so rushed back to cafe at 4:20 before it was supposed to close at 4:30 to grab something for dinner (no Uber eats in Broome!) and it had shut at 4pm contrary to info supplied at check in. Luckily I grabbed a bag of chips at check in - dinner. Pretty depressing. Especially after coming off a Ponant cruise. The room I was put in was attached to another room via an internal door which was not particularly sound proof. Very poor value for money at $430 per night and so pleased I was only in there one night. Sept was not too hot but watch out if booking in summer as the air con is stuck at 24 C and there are no fly screens so you cannot sleep with fresh air as was warned about local security risks on check in. To keep the door locked at all times. No 24 service. Staff leave at 5pm then you are literally on your own which is not what I thought I had booked (hotel/staff/food/security etc around at all times). It felt like a fancy caravan park surrounded by other less fancy caravan parks.

Rein Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, das im Voraus reserviert werden muss. Nicht schlecht betrachtet der Preis des Hotels.

Unsere Two Bedroom Villa (wir hatten eine One Bedroom Villa mit Twin Betten gebucht und ein Upgrade bekommen, nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!) war sehr komfortabel, sehr gut ausgestattet (Nespresso-Maschine, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster) und alles schön sauber. Immer zwei Villas sind zusammengebaut, man hat also keine eigenständige Villa. Das ist aber in Ordnung...Unsere Villa Nr. 6 hatte optimale Privatsphäre, sie lag nach hinten raus, auf unsere Terrasse konnte niemand reinschauen (ist nicht bei allen so). In der Anlage gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Tumbler, kostenlos nutzbar.

We enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was nicely located (very near Cable Beach but not too near, and near a nice little corner store which even does lunches) I was surprised that the lifts were not working (not much of an apology on the notices) - and that we hadn't been notified in advance. While we had an offer to help with luggage, many people wouldn’t be able to manage the stairs even with luggage being carried, so I don't know what would happen if they arrived and found there were no lifts! Our room - a pool view room - was spacious and the bed was fine. There’s a big desk and a sofa. The lighting was a bit dim; and all the surfaces were very high - not great for a shorter person. I couldn't even reach the top hanging rail in the wardrobe! On the other hand there was heaps of storage space in both the bathroom and the bedroom. I had forgotten, until glancing just now at another review reporting the same issue, that the toilet bowl was stained; when I reported it the reception person looked at me as though I was mad (no apology - but it was fixed that day!) We liked the pool, but I think for safety the location of the steps within the pool should be made visible from the pool itself. While not heated, the pool temperature was comfortable, despite being 'winter'. We ate in the restaurant one night, and although the ambience was lovely, the choice was limited and the food wasn't great. But it was OK. The breakfast is probably the weakest aspect. The continental breakfast is OK, but with some standard things missing, such as orange juice, and the bread for toast was stale; and you can have a meal cooked to order (but you won't necessarily get what you asked for - and all I got when I commented on an error was a shrug!) The breakfast staff when we were there were offhand and unhelpful, unlike nearly all the other staff at the hotel. I did enjoy seeing the tiny fans rotating above the plates on the buffet! If you eat breakfast outside, beware the birds who will swoop on your food if you are not there. In general we would return, but hope that the breakfast experience improves, and that the room cleaning is supervised (and that the lifts are fixed!) If you are a bit claustrophobic, go for a top floor room, as the copious vegetation, while delightful, obscures the view in front of some of the lower floor rooms overlooking the pool.

TLDR: scheint bei Langzeitaufenthaltern beliebt zu sein. Erwarten Sie nicht, Hilfe bei Fragen zu erwarten, es sei denn auf der ersten Namensbasis mit Management, die Zimmer sind “zu günstig” dafür. Der Gedanke hinter dem schlechten Rating ist, dass, wenn es während meines Aufenthalts keine Probleme gab, ich den Ort als Durchschnitt bewertet hätte, und wenn meine Frage anders behandelt worden wäre, würde ich dem Ort eine gute Rating geben. Das ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Die Zimmer sind wie erwartet von dem sehr niedrigen Preis, es ist nur zwei Bündelbetten in einem kleinen blauen Zimmer. Ich hatte keine Probleme damit, da ich tendenziell nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen. Als ich ankam, traf ich aber bald zwei Mädchen, die mir informierten, dass sie nicht in meinem Zimmer wohnten, in dem vier Mädchen, darunter ich, wohnten, aber sie würden bald verschwinden und für jetzt nur ihre Sachen im Zimmer bewahren. Ich wollte nichts machen, also habe ich es nicht mit der Führung zuerst gemacht. Es störte mich jedoch, weil das bedeutete, dass es nicht nur vier Leute kommen und gehen ins Zimmer, manchmal sehr spät, sondern sechs. Ich habe gefühlt, dass das Bezahlen des vollen Preises für ein Zimmer mit zwei zusätzlichen Leuten dort kaum fair erschien, und so habe ich das Management gesagt. Die Antwort der Management war, zu schlagen, dass ich es nicht früher aufgewendet hatte, und dann gehen Sie nach den anderen Mädchen, die in meinem Zimmer bleiben, um sie darüber zu fragen. Wenn sie sie nicht finden konnten, informierten sie mich, dass sie sie ansehen und am nächsten Tag wieder zu mir kommen würden. Ich war am nächsten Tag aus, aber am Morgen hatten sie noch nicht mit den anderen Mädchen gesprochen (nicht sicher, warum das zuerst getan werden 🤷‍♀️). Ich habe meinen Sack hinter der Rezeption zurückgelassen, um später zu kommen und ihnen gesagt, dass ich um 5 Uhr wieder sein werde. Als ich zurückkam, war die Person, mit der ich gesprochen hatte, nicht da, aber die Person in der Rezeption sagte mir, dass ich keine Entschädigung erhalten würde, weil: Ich hatte bereits bezahlt, das Zimmer war wirklich preiswert, und sie konnten nicht kontrollieren, wenn die Mädchen so etwas getan haben. Ich habe nicht argumentiert, weil es eindeutig keine Entscheidung war, zu ändern. Die Tatsache, dass ich bezahlt habe, ist irrelevant, und dass ein Hotel nicht in der Lage ist, die Nutzung ihrer Zimmer zu kontrollieren, ist besorgniserregend. Was die Tatsache betrifft, dass die Zimmer billig sind, ja, für ein vierbettliches Schlafzimmer. Ich habe jedoch nicht in einem vierbettlichen Schlafzimmer verblieben, aber ein vierbettliches Schlafzimmer wurde auch als Lagereinheit verwendet. Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass die Vibe hier sehr viel ist, dass jeder lange bleibt, so dass das Personal und die Gäste sind nah und scheinen Freunde. Vielleicht ist der Service besser, wenn Sie auf der Basis des ersten Namens mit der Verwaltung. Die Pool-Zone ist sehr schön und die Toiletten sind meist sauber. Ich habe die Küche nicht benutzt, so dass ich nichts darüber sagen kann.
